Using Ferah
Ferah is free to download and use on your own Macs, for personal or commercial purposes. Please download it only from this website, so you receive the original, notarized build.
Your decisions
Ferah suggests and explains; you decide. Nothing is moved until you review the list and confirm it. Ferah moves items to the Trash and does not empty it; once you empty the Trash, Ferah cannot bring anything back. Keep regular backups, for example with Time Machine.
AI analyses
AI analyses are automated opinions based on metadata and can be wrong. They never change what Ferah allows, and you should not rely on them alone. Each Mac receives 10 free analyses per calendar month. To keep the service fair, there are rate limits (for example 30 analyses per hour per Mac). We may change the free allowance in the future and will say so in the app and on this site.
AI analysis packs
Packs are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. They are sold by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record, whose terms apply to payment, taxes and invoices. A license key can be activated on up to 3 Macs, which share its credits. A credit is used only when an analysis succeeds; cached answers are free.
Refunds
If a pack does not work for you, write to [email protected] within 14 days of purchase and we will refund it; the remaining credits of that key are then removed. This does not limit any rights you have under consumer law.
Availability
We work to keep updates and the AI service available, but we cannot guarantee that they run without interruption. Scanning and cleaning work without any server.
No warranty
Ferah is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or for the loss of data that you chose to remove. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes and law
We may update these terms; the date on this page shows the current version. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts of İstanbul are competent, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country.
